How do I become a paying NCFC member?
We’re glad you’re interested! You can pay online through your Daysmart account.  When you’re in your portal, go to the “Membership & Passes” section and select your desired membership for your player!  Your credit will appear in your account within 24hrs, and a membership email with details will follow as well.

We can also serve you in-person at our Poway office, or over the phone 858-748-4260.  Make sure to ask for Jon, Gibby, Ryan, Koko, or Angel.

What if I’ve already paid for a current season and want to upgrade to an NCFC Membership?

No worries! We got you.  We will refund you the amount of your current season, and then take payment for your membership. After payment, we will credit the classes using your NCFC credit.

What does my membership credit cover?

Your membership credit can be used towards any programs, camps, or facilities at the North County Soccer Park (NCSP). This includes Lil’ Kickers, Skills Institute, SISL (Skills Institute Soccer League), Soro Futbol Academy, CRU Soccer, NCSP Arena Leagues, non-NCFC Camps, rentals, Birthday Parties, and any other NCSP-affiliated activities.  You can even use your credit for the snack bar!

Is the NCFC credit per player or per family?

NCSP Facility credits are all family credits, so they can be used for other family members who may not be as involved, however we encourage you to use them for your NCFC player to maximize their play and growth!

Member benefits are mostly exclusive to your NCFC player.

What happens when my credit runs out?

When your credit runs out, all programming costs will now come out of pocket until time to renew your membership.

Are family members included in my membership benefits?
Membership benefits, including access to camps or private lessons, are for the registered member only. However, credits, discounts on merchandise and rentals can be used by the member's immediate family.

How long do member benefits last?

Your NCFC membership expires after 1 calendar year.  Example: If your membership started on May 15, 2024 - Your membership benefits will end on May 15, 2025.

What happens if I don't use all my membership credits by the end of the year?

Membership credits do not expire, as is typical with any other NCSP facility credit. However, we do encourage members to plan their activities to fully utilize their benefits.

Can I upgrade my membership tier during the membership period?

Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time during your membership period. The remaining credit and unused benefits will be adjusted to match the benefits of your new tier.  In order to upgrade, please email coachjon@northcountyfc.com with your request

How can I provide feedback or suggestions about the membership experience?

We highly value your feedback and suggestions! Please feel free to contact us via email, coachjon@northcountyfc.com. We also periodically send out surveys to gather member insights.

Will there be new benefits added over time?

Yes! We’re already working on surprises.  We will be in constant motion with this project.

How do I receive my NCFC Kit & Socks?

We are working on a permanent partnership with an awesome community focused footballing brand, and as soon as that is sealed we will be emailing all paid members with details on how to place your order.

How do I book my private lesson(s)? (Premium & Community Memberships Only)

Our core coaches - Ryan, Gibby, Koko, Angel, and Jon are all available for Privates and can be either spoken to individually or can be contacted via email.  For now, please email coachjon@northcountyfc.com

When will Speed & Agility Sessions occur? (Premium & Community Memberships Only)

Generally they will occur at least once-per-month on Saturday or Sunday afternoons.  Times are subject to field availability so it may vary depending on the season.  We will always email the event details in the “NCFC Link” newsletter, which you are automatically enrolled in as a member.

How will I take advantage of Premium Registration?

All NCFC members will have either a 3, 2,  or 1 day advantage of registering for the upcoming season before Priority Registration.  This will be sorted within Daysmart, and we will email you the specific date that registration opens for your tier.

How do I use my discount on birthday parties or rentals?

Discounts on birthday parties and rentals can be applied by booking through NCSP’s front desk, either by phone 858-748-4260 or in person. Ensure to mention your membership status to apply the discount.

Can I attend members-only events if I bring a guest?

Members-only events are exclusive to our members AND their immediate family. However, certain events may allow members to bring guests. Details for guest attendance will be provided with the event information.

Are NCFC Camps different from other camps NCSP offers?

You bet they are! They will be run by our best NCFC coaches, with new and updated curriculum so your player grows and has the most fun.  Coach Ryan, Gibby, Koko, Angel, Jon & more are ready! Mind = Blown

How do I redeem my free NCFC camps?

NCFC Camps are automatically 100% discounted in your cart when you register your NCFC player for the camp online in Daysmart! No code needed.

What are the dates of the 24 NCFC Camps?

Summer 2024 5-Day (15 total): June 24-28 // July 29-Aug 2 // August 12-16

2024 1-Day (6 total): September 2, September 30, October 28, November 11, December 23, December 30

2025 One-Day (3 total): January 20, January 27, May 26

What time are the NCFC Camps?

Summer Camps are 8-11am, and all other camps are 8:30-11:30am.
